STAR Physical Therapy is a company that was founded and is directed by clinicians – people who understand the industry and, more importantly, understand what we are in business to do – to serve our communities with the best outpatient physical therapy available (Meet our Partners). We are equally committed to our family of employees. The truth is – STAR Physical Therapy is a great place to work. We have fun and maintain a family atmosphere while serving our communities and making a significant difference in our patient’s lives.
Our family of employees is comprised of a wonderful, caring group of administrative professionals and Clinicians. With more than 65 Clinics throughout Tennessee, we are sure to have an opportunity available near you. All of our employment opportunities feature comprehensive benefits and competitive salaries. Administrative position applicants can look forward to working in a family-oriented atmosphere while knowing that you play a vital part in helping others. Clinical position applicants can look forward to joining a team that will do everything we can to help you to become a “Great mechanic of the human body.”
Our clinician Continuing Education program provides world-class clinical training with 12 or more free courses hosted locally every year. STAR also provides a Mentorship Program that partners new Clinicians with a mentor to promote support and professional growth. Clinicians will also benefit from our Professional Development Program which encourages and rewards STAR clinicians who are active within the industry’s professional organizations with professional dues reimbursement.
We would love to have you join our family. “Whether you enjoy city lights, suburban life, or country nights, we have a clinic in the location you’ve been dreaming about.”
