Train Without Pain Seminar at the Green Hills YMCA
All runners, cyclists, triathletes, and people who are active in sports – join us on April 11 as STAR Physical Therapy and the Green Hills YMCA partner to bring you a 2 hour symposium that will benefit you. “Train Without Pain: A Professional’s Perspective” is a panel discussion designed to help athletes prevent injuries while training. In addition, those with existing injuries will gain valuable insight on how to train properly without making your injury worse.

This panel discussion will feature 5 experts from the field:
Ashley Whitney – 1996 Olympic Gold Medalist, Masters Triathlon Coach and Swim Coach at NAC.
Tony White – Professional Triathlete and Level 1 USAT Coach at X3 Endurance.
Thad Beaty – Triathlete, Musician, Entrepreneur, Coach, and Founder of Music That Moves.
Chris Wolfe – MPT, OCS, Cert. MDT, Director of our Green Hills clinic, runner and triathlete.
Casey White – DPT, Director of our White Bridge Road clinic, runner and triathlete.
In addition to the panel discussion, there will be an open question and answer session and one-on-one injury assessments available for all who attend.
