STAR’s Annual Mission Trip to Haiti

The STAR Family is proud to announce that our annual Haiti mission trip is underway this week!  This year, 7 members of the STAR Family answered the call to travel to Thomazeau, Haiti to join hands with Live Beyond to serve the vastly underserved population of that area. Live Beyond is a faith-based, humanitarian organization that provides medical and maternal health care, clean water, education, orphan care, community development and the gospel of Jesus Christ to the oppressed in Thomazeau, Haiti.

This year’s STAR Physical Therapy mission team includes:

Lora Pickering – Smyrna

Megan Donovan – Howell Allen Clinic

Michelle Moreland – Certified Athletic Trainer

Sarah Jo Bouton – Lebanon

 

STAR’s singular mission is “To Serve”.  Since our inception in 1997, STAR has strived to answer a higher calling.  Our employees have chosen to be in a profession that serves our neighbors and local communities here in Tennessee daily.  Our Haiti mission trip is an extension of what we do here every day – providing exceptional and compassionate medical care to those in need.  At the end of the day, these are the hands and hearts that represent all of us.
