Since 1997, STAR Physical Therapy has grown from a single clinic with a mission—to serve—into a trusted physical therapy provider across more than 70 Clinic Locations in communities throughout Tennessee, Arkansas, and Missouri. While we’ve grown, one thing that has not changed is our commitment to our patients, communities, and one another. We do this by delivering exceptional physical therapy Services to those in need. Our commitment goes far beyond helping people in our clinics.
Our Mission

Our commitment to serve comes through how we equip our clinicians to be “Great Mechanics Of The Human Body.” We do this by offering an industry-leading Continuing Education Program. Our world-class patient satisfaction score reflects the trust and loyalty of our patients.
Serving our communities remains a foundational pillar of STAR Physical Therapy. We offer Sports Medicine outreach programs through our Athletic Training services in nearly 40 high schools across Tennessee. We are committed to supporting local philanthropies and organizations. Some of these include:
