Our staff is a young, energetic team dedicated to offering the area’s residents with a multi-dimensional approach to physical therapy, designed to help our clients achieve their potential and return to their active daily lives.
We are now conveniently located in the medical office building beside the Edmondson Pike Library near the intersection of Old Hickory and Edmondson Pike. We are experienced in a number of treatment options, including the McKenzie approach to low back and neck pain, hands-on manual therapy techniques designed to improve muscle and joint function, core stabilization and strengthening, and sports rehabilitation. Our extensive knowledge of therapeutic exercises provides our clients with the “total package” while attending physical therapy. We also offer a Balance Program to assist patients with balance disorders. Serving South Nashville since 1997.
