We have an energetic, fun clinic dedicated to offering our patients a multi-dimensional approach to physical therapy, designed to help our patients achieve their full potential and return to their daily lives.
We are conveniently located in the Smyrna Medical Plaza (the building with the copper roof) across from the entrance of Stonecrest Medical Center. Each of our Physical Therapists have doctorate degrees with is the highest obtainable degree for practicing Physical Therapy. Our Occupational Therapist has also attained his licensure as a specialized Certified Hand Therapist. Our clinicians have received training on the McKenzie approach to low back and neck pain, Maitland manual therapy techniques designed to improve muscle and joint function, Mulligan manual techniques. We also feature a Balance Program as well as a Cancer Care Program. Our clinicians take pride in offering one-on-one attention to their patients. At STAR Smyrna each patient will be treated by a licensed clinician each and every visit. Serving Smyrna since 2001.
