We are conveniently located on North Chancery Street behind Wal-Mart. Our clinicians are constantly learning the best new techniques through our Continuing Education Program to serve the Warren County communities with the best Physical Therapy possible. We provide every patient with hands-on, one-to-one individualized care to promote fast and effective recovery. Our Occupational / Hand Therapy Program provides industry leading care as well. We also work closely with the local industrial community through our Industrial Rehabilitation Program providing work conditioning, onsite job analysis, post-offer screenings and rehabilitation of the injured worker.
